Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. In total, delivery time including both processing and shipping via Standard shipping is approximately 1 week. Individual product pages provide more specific lead time information on when products will ship out from the warehouse.

We utilize a third party warehousing company in the US. Orders processed through the website are tendered to them for picking, packing and shipping. Shipping generally occurs within 1-3 business days following receipt of order however, on occasion, may take longer. Note that heavy and bulky products will ship with a freight carrier. These deliveries are different from regular shipments in 2 ways:
Curbside delivery is the standard across the furniture industry given the immense cost of shipping heavy and bulky products. We offer this service free to our customers.
We recommend customers who have difficulty moving heavy/bulky items to arrange separate local moving help to carry the product from the truck to your desired room.
Standard and Expedited Shipping apply to APO/FPO or PO Boxes. Delivery to APO/FPO may require longer time.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from groovevinyl.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
If you did not like our product and would like to return it simply email us a return request. Shipping back to us is FREE, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label. You are responsible for packaging the product into a safe shipping box.
