Returns & Refunds

Our policy is very simple.  If you are not happy with our product within 30 days we will issue a 100% full refund back to the original payment method you used.

Returns and Shipping
If you decide that Groove Vinyl is not for you, no problem.  Simply return your purchase in original condition to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and assuming it is in sufficient condition to be returned to inventory, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  At this point you will receive email confirmation that the return has been completed.

Please note, depending on your financial institution, it may take between 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your account.

Return Shipping
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the individual making the return.  Shipments returned on a collect basis without our prior explicit consent will be refused.  Liability for lost or damaged shipments being returned to us remains the responsibility of the shipper until the product is delivered into our possession.  Accordingly, refunds will not be processed until the product has been received on our end.
